We currently ship to Puerto Rico and the United States.

Free standard shipping is available on orders of $85 USD or more.

Shipping rates for orders under $85 are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the total weight of your order.

Most orders include a tracking number, which will be provided once your order has been shipped.

 

Local Pickup

At this time, local pickup is not available.

 

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at pupstar.adm@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Please include photos of the damaged item and its packaging so we can help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

 

 

 

Processing time: 3-5 business days, except orders on release days or otherwise indicated in the item description.

Shipping to Puerto Rico and the United States standard shipping rates apply depending on the weight of the item and shipping location.

We do not offer local pickup.

Lost or Damaged Products: Please contact Pup Star directly at info@pupstar.com with photos of your damaged product within 3 days of receiving your package. Our priority will be to resolve the problem.
